these files are called malware acoording to virustotal analysis

~Virus Total links removed per Policy~

as you can see they are also detected by nod32
but in real world they are not!!!!
they can be executed and they wil run without any alert
whats s going on ESET ?!!!!

Pls check the quarantine and see whether those infected files already in the quarantine.

Note that the rules don't allow VirusTotal links.

Are you using the same version and definitions? The second link shows a 6 day old result by the way.

Do you have "potentially unwanted and unsafe applications" detection enabled in Nod32? If not, it could explain why their not detected on your computer (in the real world).

i have enabled them,my av is 4.2.71 and up to date, they are not in quarantine, they can be executed without any problem
they re crack fo internet download manager,i used them and i have no problem with my system but my question is
if they re malware(which analysis show they are)then why they are not quarantined by eset
file scan bye eset shows nothing but in virustotal it is detected by eset
i have submited to eset site(http://samples.nod32.com.sg) and it said they are detected by eset already...
this is a conflict,i can send the files to any one volunteer to see the bug

Potentially unsafe applications are in no way malware, quite the contrary. Did you scan the file with the on-demand scanner after enabling detection of unsafe applications in the used scan profile?

it might be a good idea to add a sticky to the forum regarding PUPs and similar ... just a thought...

The file you're refering to is a potentially unsafe application, not a Trojan.
