Are these knock offs ---- probably

[Not a knock off, or refurbished, but as P suggested, a scam. Just received the following from Amazon

No doubt you are correct but I felt that I had a measure of security given it was an Amazon seller,,,,,,,and I was correct in this since my money has been refunded.
