Are all links created equal?

    Reason I ask this question, I often come across websites where some links work fine while others appear to not to respond to being clicked, so I have to force the link by long pressing on it and selecting "load URL" after which it loads the page.
    I notice this happens a lot on Craigslist.

    As far as the delays you describe, those can be caused by incorrect IPv4/6 settings; primarily IPv6. Check with your ISP on how they are handling IPv6. Many are still using 6Rd and converting IPv6 communication to IPv4 at the router. Others have upgraded to dual stack IPv4/6 and are sending both address formats simultaneously. In either case, router and Windows setting must be in sync..     I was using Android does the same issue apply?
