    Hi,

I cannot upgrade my PG because I always get the following error:

GetTickCount could not be loaded in the DLL kernel32.dll :'(

    Any ideas?

I can uninstall the previous version 3.15 and then install the latest one but when I boot up the machine I get this error.

Anyone can help me on that?

    Thanks

    Rossano

Not sure, but i know the 'GetTickTime' function is used for timing stuff in milliseconds.

Sorry i can't be of any more help than that.

I hate to necro this thread, but I encounted the same issue. The free version will not run due to it being unable for whatever reason to call gettickcount from kernel32.dll. Not sure why.

Its "The procedure GetTickCount could not be located in the DLL KERNEL32.DLL"

    Running windows XP.

Only thing I can think of is a serious infection.
