So has anyone already tried it, and if so, how is the quality of the games?

Cool, but I wonder why they can't seem to get major game developers on board. What if you could play games like FIFA, Need For Speed, Mortal Kombat and Quake Champions, now that would be a game changer.

Probably because they use different (more lucrative) business models?

The first three games you mention are "free to download/play" on iOS, but have (many) In-App-Purchases...

I could not find the fourth one in the App Store.

So you are saying, there is not much money to be made on the Mac for the bigger game developers? But Apple surely can somehow make it more attractive, why not pay them a little bit more. If I could play more popular games, it might be a reason for me to switch. Also, I'm talking about the PC games, I don't believe the games on iOS are of the same quality.

I’m not a gamer, so maybe someone else has better input for you.

A nickel only, not a red penny more. Perhaps they should pay the user/player for another useless distraction.

BTW, I've done some searching and seems like certain games are indeed available for the iOS, so why on earth not develop them also for the macOS? And yes I know that on M1 machines you can now also run iOS apps and those mobile games don't even look that bad, so I guess it's kinda cool.

BTW, why couldn't Apple add a game like HotWheels Unleashed to Apple Arcade, it's a pity know what I mean? If I was Apple I would also make sure that the new eFootball was coming to the macOS. It will be available for iOS, but these games are of course less advanced since they are designed for smartphones.
