Anyone run across trojec that won't allow access to Internet Explorer? I keep getting Norton cleaning a virus, then run.dll cannot execute the deleted and IE does not come up?

Any ideas on how to clean?

Ran across these at same time - spoolsrv32.exe and srpcsrv32.dll

    Thanks........BP

    hi
    reboot into safe mode:

    1. Restart your computer
    2. After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, start tapping the F8 key.
    3. Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
    4. Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

then do a scan with your antivirus, allow it to delete or rename infection, dont try to "clean"..
