anyone know if the nortons toolbar will work with chrome

    so far im liking the speed and basics of chrome (for the office where i dont use any add ons chrome seems to run a lot faster for me) but i dont think the nis2009 web add ones work in chrome?? any ideas thanks

    AFAIK it only works with IE and FF.

    yeah and it doesnt work with ff3.1 yet either i know its still beta but it would be nice ff3.1 is so much faster than 3.0 is

    not sure if shane will read this but will nis2009 still do http scan without the tool installed?

    I'm sure the http scan is on all port 80 traffic, regardless of browser or toolbars.... the anti-phishing stuff might only be for IE though, not sure..

    Thats correct.

    Anti-Phishing will not work with Chrome. The Browser Protection feature is only applicable to IE, so that wont work with Chrome either. The Network scanner will ofcourse work.
