Anyone know anything about Iolo Search and Recover? (disk imaging)

Here is the product's description-

I am asking because it says-

"Disk imaging
Make data recovery painless and effortless by creating mirror copies of entire drives prior to or after a disaster."

Also, it works (supposedly) with Vista.

And, it is being offered for free, here-

Does Iolo use an OEM version of some other company? I suspect they do since much of their products are OEM's.

Any info is appreciated.
