Anyone one else from Wilders popping along to InfoSec at Earls Court this week? Very much looking forward to meeting the gang from Webroot and other "smaller" organisations.

And of course the abundance of free pens and bags....:argh:

I would L.O.V.E. to go to that. Seeing that I'm on the other side of the pond it's REALLY unlikely I could go.

Post back if you learn anything fascinating please, for folks like me that can't make it!

Went today and will be going again this week.

Picked up a nice lot of freebies - 2 x Webroot Secure Anywhere 1yr (that I won't end up using) and 2 x ESET SS 5 1yr , plus others. Gonna snag some more next time!

Anybody else going tomorrow or Thurs?

Went again today. Just a small fraction of my haul:

I might contact the admins here to give away some of the Webroot licenses as I won't have a need for them. Cheers McAfee for the cookie.

Also managed to snag some hardware encrypted USB drives for nothing too. Plenty of swag.

Some very good stuff from Sophos, BT and Pen Test Partners, who gave me some free socks.

Webroot were also very kind and gave me a free pizza and side in their VIP bar.

ESET had some very attractive leggy girls wandering around in very short skirts :p

The ones with the half see-through white short skirts? Never found out where they were from, beautiful though they were!

I'd love to go too (not so much for the leggy girls however). Have you ever been to one?

Very good demo by Pen Test Partners - they did a live hack every 30 minutes and gave a pairs of socks to everyone who watched. Very interesting watching how they moved money from bank account to bank account on their test set-up.
