Anybody know about THIS???

    Happy 2003 everyone!

    I am perplexed. I have found aksrvnt.exe show up in my Windows/System32 folder as a running process. I have never heard of this - it's not listed with any "start-up list" sites, there is not ONE reference in Google to the thing - anybody ever heard of this?
    Again it's:

    aksrvnt.exe
