Any Video Converter free - detected as threat???

    I was wondering if the detections are false positive or what, coz it's not detected when am downloading it from softpedia, installed and run and even using it several times already...:doubt:

    ..But at one time, when I do a manual scan on my drives...this program exe setup of Free Video Converter that are sitting on one of my folder was detected as threat by NOD32. :argh:

    What's your thoughts about?

    That's odd, Softpedia doesn't list the free version o_O

    Anyway... no need to worry, it's a false positive because the installer includes OpenCandy

    Maybe, I've downloaded it in Majorgeeks.com, sorry for the mistakes. You know, softpedia and majorgeeks are the two of my trusted download sites for programs.

    Thanks for the info...that its only a false positive. I can now be more relax using this software program.. ;)

    No, it's not FP. The software in question is detected as a potentially unsafe application whose detection you enabled manually after installation.
