AntiVirus and AntiSpyware Malfunction

    I'm receiving a malfunction message everytime I startup my computer. My computer is being delayed on startup for about a minute or two. I've already reinstalled ESET and still receiving the same error message. After about a minute or the ESET program returns to normal. This only occurs on startup. What is causing this problem? It's getting to be annoying.

    Hello!

    Perhaps something at start-up is conflicting with ESET Smart Security .
    Download and run ESET SysInspector
    http://www.eset.com/download/sysinspector.php

    When the utility has collected the information , click File > Save Log
    Confirm your wish. A log file , placed in a zip archive , will be created.

    Send that archived file to ESET Technical Support , support@eset.com .
