antispam catching mailing list emails

Hi'

I run a mailing list for fishermen and ESET is catching our list email and dumping it into subscribers spam folders. Just wondering if someone had any tips on how to improve the trustworthiness of our emails so that new subscribers dont have to whitelist the email.

Hello,

False positives with email are handled in the same fashion as those for files and for web sites. If you submit copies of your mailing list's emails to the virus lab, they can examine it to determine why they are being flagged as spam.
