    Hi newspeak,

The last part of your log looks a bit awkward, so I will have to see how the next one looks.

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {73E437AC-DF38-4632-BA9A-82E034252F5D} - C:\WINDOWS\VOOAGABY.DLL

    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/14e5dbf25d2985694b18/netzip/RdxIE601.cab

Reboot into safe mode and use the Disk Cleanup Utility to empty all your Temp folder.

Post a new log when you are done, so we can see if everything worked out as planned.

    Regards,

    Pieter

Thanks for your help. This is a real help for a series of students who use this computer.
Here is the next log file.
I haven't tried I.E. on that computer yet. I wasn't able to get into safe mode, (don't know the issue) but did run the disk cleanup utility.
