I have x2 machines (1 desktop & 1 laptop) which I use and both have Outlook on them configured to access the same Exchange mailbox. Issue is that after installing the Nod AV on the desktop and firing up Outlook on that machine, Nod goes and automatically creates an "Infected Items" folder.

When I fire up Outlook on the laptop machine, Nod on the laptop went and did exactly the same and created a 2nd "Infected Items" folder.

Very odd considering that Outlook actually stops you creating a folder if another one of the same name already exists!
