    Dear friends,

    I have the following problem:

My network has a normal cyclical traffic, but at some times, the analyzer detects peaks that overflows the normal traffic.
My task is to identify the cause of the traffic peaks:

    1. How can identify when are the peaks produced? Is it posible to export traffic vs time data to a Excel or csv file so I can view an analyze all over the whole sample range? Is it possible to roll over the total traffic chart at any time of the sample using the CAPSA Analyzer?

    2. When I had identified when are the peaks generated, I require to analyze what happened at this particular instant. For example, if I know that a peak was appeared at 14:23:07, how can I do to review all the events that happened at this second?

    I appreciate you help,

    Best regards,

    Luis A. Cristobal V.

    Luis,

Based on your description, you are recommended to use nChronos, which is another product from Colasoft and is very convenient to analyze traffic peak. You can go to Colasoft website to request a trial version to test it on your network. Here is the request link: http://www.colasoft.com/download/products/nchronos.php?c=a
