As there was trouble 'twixt AMON (and iTunes not shutting down in an easy fashion), I wondered: is there a list of items that AMON is known to conflict with?

I removed some DIRs (of security apps), out from under the AMON module - but, I'm not sure if that's wise. (?) Trying this for something likely not related to NOD32 per se; had my share of ups/downs, soft/hard ware ills with this PC and the other night it was wrestling match with SAS PRO and TrojanHunter Guard killing, on a routine basis. May in the end have just too much stuff on the PC, or perhaps one too many security apps conflicting. Not sure, at the moment. But, again, main query here is if there's generally known conflicts with AMON and any certain apps, or anything else in general. (And as far as that goes, I also noticed more closely how fraught with peril A-Squared settings are for allowing/disallowing some things, that one could easily mess up).

But, seems odd that I had sudden out of the blue trouble recently, with SAS PRO and THguard killing every so often; yes, checked into things with friend's help, and at the moment not worried that the PC was "taken over" by aliens from Roswell of internet-nutjob hackers, and were cause of the security apps suddenly shutting off) so that is not my concern at the moment.

    Thanks for help/info, on this.

There is an ESET Knowledgebase Article (#760 - "iTunes not working with your ESET security product") on how to fix the iTunes compatibility issue, but I'm not aware of any general listing of incompatible applications being publicly available.
