AMON Alert in device manager

I Have Eset Smart Security on a 2 year licence it is Version 3.0.621.0 running on Windows XP Pro SP 3. It is updated each day.

I noticed when looking in Device manager with all devices shown , that under “Non-Plug and play drivers" an alert was shown against AMON and on checking properties the following is displayed

This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

Is this a problem if so how do I fix it please.

The amon.sys driver was used by v2. For some reason, it was not removed completely when you installed v3. Please remove it manually.
