Am I entitled to upgrade to version 9

I am a registered user of Acronis Power Utilities 2005. I got this product in December. I am running on build 614. Acronis Power Utilities includes Acronis Privacy Expert and the version on my PC shows as 8.0 Build 748.

I notice that you have a version 9.0 of Acronis Privacy Expert. Am I entitled to this upgrade and if so how do I get it?
