Outpost is reporting a TON of blocked requests on local port 4812. It looks like there are a few requests every second, and it is pretty much constant. The remote address looks different each time. I think they are all inbound connections. Am I being attacked what does this mean?

I think you're being probed to see if your port 4812 is open. Probably by infected computers. If your firewall is blocking it, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I get constantly probed at ports 135-139 and 445.

If you were running any kind of p2p program, you might see this for a while after you shut it down.

Oh, I was using Azureus for some torrents. I checked and 4812 is the port I have it set to use.
