Alternative window shell

    I used Litestep as my shell instead of explorer. Should I remove its Modify and Read Authorize?

    If it is a trusted program then this should be OK. Litestep may need to use the modify ability and almost certainly will need to read, you may also find that it will require global hooks enabled.
    Disablig either may affect the programs functionality.
