Replying is no guarantee you'll get it. I sent my reply in last year and never got it. I was robbed and was told - bad luck. So much for fairness when you are honest.

I think they believe I'm a liar because any reasonable person, upon hearing that I did actually send in my reply many times would have given me the benefit of the doubt as either their or my ISP server could have had issues at the time but they opted to mistrust my assertion and virtually have not kept their end of the bargain even though I have been honest.

I've got no reason to lie. I feel that I've been treated unfairly because I did receive an email that I'd won a prize and I DID reply MANY times but for unknown reasons my email did not reach them. That could have been anyone's fault but I'm not being dishonest about it yet that's the way they see it and are very inflexible because they won't give me the benefit of the doubt or take into account that an ISP server mmight have failed along the way. It's MY fault even if it's not my fault if you get my drift.

    worldcitizen,

You were told here by Paul how to proceed regarding this. It is certainly unfortunate, but to date, in all the prize giveaways held here, out of a couple hundred people getting prizes, you are the only person who's emails did not go through for some reason. We don't know why, but since you waited all the way from the 5000 member giveaway, up to the 30000 member giveaway, to even post about it here, (there are no posts from you on this in the year plus between), it was far too late to do anything about it.

In any case, Paul told you to email him if you had more on this issue.

I accidentally lost the confirmation email with the username and password. Is it possibile to have that email back in a way? I already emailed ESET but I didn't get a reply yet.
