Two remarks:

1.
The usual PUA warning from Eset.
C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\netupdate-temp-1\kerneld.v64
Win64/FinalWire.B potentially unsafe application
I let Eset clean it by deleting.

2.
I don't like the new GUI, but maybe that's me.
I couldn't find the old Help menu from where you can update, see the about tab, etc.
It is now at the upper right corner at those three dots; see screenshot.
They say that "the toolbar offers complete flexibility". Well, then tell me how to get the old Help menu back to the place where it always has been ...

 

Agree. Seems that we are too old dogs for new tricks.
Anyway, everything is there =

 

Was the new version too quickly published?

The Help file still gives the old GUI lay-out.
Look at Help --> AIDA 64 Help --> The user interface

That looks more like the old GUI, in particular the top row is the old one:
File View Report Favorites Tools Help

That top row is missing.
In that screen it is called "Main menu".

I did let Eset clean it and rebooted.

And I don't like the new GUI, as also previously mentioned.
It is time to look for something different than AIDA. Sad, but that is the case. Goodbye AIDA.
