The free ver. of VS service is set to automatic - delayed on my Win 10 PC. Thought that was by design as to not conflict with other AV startup?

Yeah, that was when the gui used to start the service... and the service was set to delayed, just in case something went wrong. It was a cool little trick that Vlad came up with.

Now that the service starts the gui, it will be set to Automatic (not delayed). But even at that, it really does not matter anyway. If VS does not block the attack at its initial stage, it is game over anyway.

Well, I tried to set it to Automatic and it did slow down the Win 10 boot. Additionally confirmed by Task Manager Performance showing a "High" impact on startup time. So until that is resolved, I will just keep it at Auto - delayed.
