agent linux not start

    Hello,

    I'm having a problem when i run /etc/init.d/acronis_agent start
    => Starting Acronis Agent:
    #etc/init.d/acronis_agent stop
    Shutting Acronis Agent: ./acronis_agent: line 35: kill: (28863) - No such proces o_O

    #file /var/lock/subsys/acronis_agent => /var/lock/subsys/acronis_agent: empty

    I use with version Acronis rue Image EchoEnterprise Server build 8076
    The acronis linux agent is installed on a Debian eth Debian GNU/Linux 4.0 kernel 2.6.18-5-686
