Agent acronis Universal restore

Hi all,

I use acronis true Image 9.5 Echo enterprise (build 801
I would like restore my server from an another server with Using my enterprise network.
so, i ve created a boot cd with Agent acronis universal restore,
but, when i launch it, i have to enter the Server licence adresse.
I check up on the host server, everything is ok, licence is already available

The first choice is "found automatically" and the result is "Not found free licence"
The second choice is "enter manually the Server licence adress"
i tried all, mac adress, host server adress, serial product....

My server is correctly configured, my ethernetcard too, i'am on the network.

Please make sure you use the latest build of both Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server and Acronis Universal Restore. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don't forget to update all installed components and recreate Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after updating.

are you booting the server from the CD, not runing the cd from inside windows?

Sounds like you are trying to install acronis and not booting from it.
