works great, this would be perfect to killing stubborn malware, or aupdate that norton brings up.. correct? is it safe to use?

This is a really neat app, but it offers a real eye strain on trying to find a target to exit, I think it should show the processes icons and also this would be could if it could use ctrl-select for multiple process to close out..

 

i closed out firefox and I got multple posts!

 

Of course the tool is safe; it is a test but can be really handy for the uses you mentioned.

 

Just in regards to Advanced Process Termination you may be interested to know that we've added a kernel-mode termination feature which effectively renders all user-mode protection techniques useless. It still needs a bit more testing and then we'll release it. Needless to say ProcessGuard effectively stops the attack
