Adobe Crash Player is a backdoor to access webcam and microphone.
Guess it's a good thing I use Adobe Flash Player then.
What a stupid paranoid thing to say.the suggestion is ludicrous.
Yes OP has been a member since Sep 2006, so starting a thread like this after being a member for so long is rather weird.
Perhaps he selected 'always allow' when first asked and now thinks it's a backdoor.
Device Manager ->
Webcam -> Disable Webcam
No more worry.
funny thing about flash player, every time i check the settings everything is on allow, then i set everything to block and check 5 minutes later and everything is back to allow again
i tried locking the folder but then the sites dont work
My settings are sticking OK Snoop. Perhaps is a version issue?
Is something clearing the LSO?
yeah, maybe CCleaner or BleachBit. i thought maybe it was just Adobe's standard practice.
good to know i don't have to put up with that
edit: eh, "Flash Player Settings" box is unchecked on both. i assume that's the .sol cookie.
Bleachbit has a box for just "Flash cookies" that i'll uncheck.
