AdMuncher--Higher Efficiency or Compatability

I use Ad Muncher ad blocker together with the Maxthon browser (BTW both programs are really good). I have set the browser to higher efficiency of course. My question is, do I also need to set the Ad Muncher to higher efficiency to achieve maximum safety while browsing? I notice a slight slowing of page loading when Ad Muncher is set to higher efficiency. Am I gaining anything in terms of security if it is set to higher efficiency?

Have you tried Firefox? It doesn’t require a popup blocker, it is already built in.

The simple answer is yes, however you still should be ok with is set to Higher Compatibility.

The Maxthon also have a ad/popup blocker built in, and it's very nice...

I use Maxthon and Firefox with Ad Muncher, but I don't use them with the Higher Efficiency because, in my opinion, the HTTP scanner should be improved in some aspects...
