Anyone having trouble with the "Enable WebRTC" tickbox in AG latest beta?
It doesn't seem to have any effect on my Cyberfox x64 browser, latest version 42.0.1.
I have tried with current profile, current profile in sandbox and also deleted all profiles and created one new profile with no changes whatsoever.

The "media.peerconnection.enabled" option in about:config does not change...
With AG's WebRTC ticked, I loaded up ipleak.net and it showed WebRTC as leaking...

The 3 ticks in the Stealth / Misc section all work. Anyone else having dramas with the WebRTC tick?

Tried to click "update" button for the new version under "about" tab; but no response. Anyone encountered the same?

No problem here. You can download the latest beta build here and install over the existing installation.

WebRTC is blocked on the network level. ipleak.net just sees WebRTC javascript objects, but it can't detect your IP through it.

First of all, thank you for the kind words and Merry Christmas!)

Meanwhile we have published a detailed blogpost about Adguard 6.0 RC and all it's new features:
    https://blog.adguard.com/en/news/adguard-6-release-candidate.html

Also I'd like to tell you about our nearest plans. You may not know, but in Russia we have enormously long new year holidays (1-10 January) and even a different Christmas (ours is on 7th of January). So it seems that the final version won't make it this year. Releasing it and going off work for 10 days wouldn't be a good decision.

But I hope that shortly after these holidays the final version will be ready. It's funny to read my old posts now, promising v6 release almost a year ago. I feel myself a duke nukem forever developer when I read it:)

Hi my first post here in the forum.

Just one thing regarding the RC.

Umm what's up with the boxy icon on the task bar? The icon is OK during installation, but turned boxy when installed.

    This is during installation:

And this is when the app is installed:

Sorry I have to be that guy.

Running Windows 10 here as well. Although mine is not pixelated like that at all.

It's not so much about the pixelated icon. It's the white shield icon with a green background. I'd keep the green shield icon with no background which appears during the installation. That'd be much nicer to have on my task bar.

    It's nitpicking but still.

I have the RC installed, and am seeing the white shield with green tick, and in front of it I see a little green shield with a white tick... no background; appears transparent. It must be a Windows 10 thing.
