Hmm, this Adblock plus 0.6 appears to be another descendent of the original adblock (which is dead).

I really wished, he has chosen a different name to avoid confusion with the "Adblock plus" here

Adblock is not dead. I just recieved the latest version which was released this week; on January 15 to be specific:

I get leary when anonymous posters recommend sites to download software from and make erronious claims. I recommend obtaining Firefox extensions from mozilla.org only. The source code to Adblock can be easily downloaded and modified.
