If anyone is looking for a great deal, take a look at the GAOTD link. http://gotd.admuncher.com/gotd2011/gotd.pl
It says that the GAOTD is delayed but it gives you 50% off a year license for admuncher and gives a license for Emsisoft AV for free. That's a great deal.

I would assume that Ad Muncher does a better job than adblock plus does? I've never tried it, so Im just curious.

Downloaded and installed, but have to wait for the key.

So since its not registered do to waiting for the key, is it working?

Also, Firefox 8.0 states its not compatible with Ad Muncher. Bummer.

    Trooper,
While waiting for the key just use the 30 day trial. Seems to be working for me on Firefox 8.

    Hi kjdemuth,

Thanks that seems to have done the trick!

I even uninstalled Adblock Plus just to see how it works. Will know better on a faster connection.

I still see this part of it as not being compatible, but I suppose its not a show stopper.

    Cheers!

Oh yeah. I just went into my extensions and noticed it said the same thing. I didn't realize that it was an extension add on. Oh well. I'll have to try it on chrome and see how it works. Thanks for the heads up.

    No problem man.

I just tried it with Chrome. Its not blocking things the way adblock plus does. :doubt:

I think that is part of it. Although it seems to be ok in Firefox, but not Chrome.

    Question:

After a year is over,do you need to register Ad Muncher again or is it still useable after this time period?

    Thanks.

Looks like this promo will be extended an additional 24 hours because of the server issue prior.
