    Hello to all,

I am using SpywareBlaster Version 3.5.1. with the latest update.
Over the past 2 days I have noticed a particular activeX which keeps unlocking itself in the Internet Explorer-section, although I am mainly using Mozilla Firefox!

This particular activeX seems to lock-free itself! It is named:

ConnectSwitch Dialer Variant (plus long number following)

Furthermore my tool SCAN SPYWARE Version 3.8 keeps finding the same problem. I keep deleting but it appears back again.

So far I have done another Online-Virus-scan with Bit-defender (result=nothing!).

Does anyone have the same problem?

As to this, your tool is on the rogue list,

    Quote from the above link,

IMHO, i wouldn't trust anything it finds....

I definetly agree with Snowbounds assessment and in regards to Spywareblasters ActiveX entry(ConnectSwitch)....your ScanSpyware program is Falsely reporting a valid Spywareblaster database entry.

Thanks for your answers............both of you!

My English isn`t THAT perfect but I guess words like "rogue-list" and FALSELY do mean that the tool is useless?!

    Can you confirm please?
Should I get rid of it?

    Many thanks!
