Active@ Boot Disk doesn't detect mouse and keyboard usb help

    Hi
    i update the lastest version of Active@ Boot Disk

    it boots , but when it loaded it doesn't detect my usb mouse and keyboard i have logi k260
    in the past with a different machine it worked

    what's wrong?

    can i fix it?
    i don't want to buy a ps2 keyboard and mouse

    I have the same problem, I found that it only happens if keyboard and mouse are plugged into USB3 ports if I connect to USB2 ports it detects them .

    i plugged in different ports :(

    "different" does not tell us if they were USB 2.0 ports

    power off the system and plug your peripherals into non blue USB slots. then start the boot disk

    i did it
    nothing
    it makes me crazy!
    maybe could be the bios?
    but other winpe cd work

    you may need to get 32 bit drivers for the wireless devices when you create the boot media, include them (and the .inf file that should come with the drivers) when you make the boot media (you include them by using the 'add drivers' tab)

    how can i find them?
    the keyboard did no came with a cd

    actove boot disk recognize only ps2 keyboard and mouse , it's weird
    maybe i can send an email to the support ,can't i?

    i had to install windows 7 32bit to get the drivers and now works great!

    i solved with w7 32bit drivers are 4 files
    if you want i can upload for you
