Activation question

    Hi..

    Well done to ESET on v5..it looks pretty tidy!

    However, i'm having trouble activating the product. It is almost certainly my fault as I deleted the email from ESET which was titled something like 'ESET customers get free upgrade to v5'. I read it via my sidebar and just deleted it after reading the subject so i'm not sure if there was any activation details included in the body of the email.

    I put in my existing username/password and ESS v5 is updating but it just won't activate so i'm left with an exclamation mark is the notification tray icon.

    Do I need to contact ESET for a resolution or can one of their mods help me on here please?

    I tried several times to activate ESET 5 using my same username and password from ESET 4. I kept getting the exclamation mark and was unable to activate. After I rebooted the computer, ESET 5 showed it was activated.
