Activation Problem

    I am having a problem activating a copy of NOD 32 AV that I bought from Newegg.com. I go to http://www.eset.com/activate and try to register the serial number and create an account. Everytime I do it says Customer ID already in use please go back and try another Customer ID. I created 3 brand new email addresses and tried those thinking that was the problem since I am a current user of NOD 32 with a customer account. Everytime I try and create an account I get the same error message. I have been trying since Monday thinking it was a server problem of some sort that would correct itself. I have gotten no response from Eset customer service so I thought I would try here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
