Acronis VSS Provider Not Running

    Hi all,
    I recently installed Acronis True Image for Exchange 9.1 Server for Windows on my servers running Windows 2003 Server for Small Business Server (SP1). Exhange and SQL server are running on this server. Disks are arrange in RAID 0 + 1 configuration. Acronis backups on USB external disk.

    The system report Acronis VSS Provider Auto-started Services Not Running. I Start the service manually but after some time I receive the message of service not running.

    Running version : Acronis True Image Server® with Acronis Universal Restore® version 9.1 (build 3,633)

    How can I correct the problem?

    First of all, please download and install the latest build (3677) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows which is available at the Product Updates section at our web site.

    To get access to updates you should create an account then log in and use your serial number to register your software.

    If the issue remains with the latest build then please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
