Acronis True Image Server for Linux 8.0 & Adaptec ZCR 2015S - install problems

I have the following software & hardware installed on my server

software: Acronis True Image Server for Linux 8.0 build 772
OS : RedHat ES server 3.0 (Linux 2.4.21-20.ELsmp #1 SMP i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux)

Hardware: RAID 5
*3 hard drives - Maxtor Atlas SCA-SCSI model 8B036J0 (Ultra320 SCSI 80pin SCA)
* Adaptec ZCR(Zero Channel RAID) 2015S for Ultra320 SCSI

now when i run trueimage-setup script it completes with no errors but if i run
[root@localhost /]# trueimagecmd --list
i get
Num Partition Flags Capacity Free Space Type
---- -------------------- ----------- ---------- ---------- -----------

which means it does not detect hard drive (RAID 5).

[root@localhost module]# pwd
/var/dkms/snapapi/kernel-2.4.21-20.ELsmp-i686/module

[root@localhost module]# ls -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 32912 Dec 1 10:00 snapapi.o

[root@localhost linux-2.4]# lsmod
Module Size Used by Tainted: P
snapapi 24340 -1
sd_mod 13712 12
scsi_mod 114344 3 [sg dpt_i2o sd_mod]

module is in place
