Acronis True Image over Network

    I am looking for some advice, I am trying to use Acronis True Image Management
    Console via our Novell network, however when connecting to another PC across the
    Network the screen just hangs, as if it is trying to connect but is getting blocked.

    Can you tell me if the software uses any specific ports that I need to get our
    IT department to open.

    Please see chapter 2.3.2 "Firewall setup" of the respective User's Guide for details on ports and settings Acronis True Image uses for remote management.

    Please also see chapter 4 "Using Acronis True Image Management Console" for some more information.
