Acronis*True*Image Management*Console

    Hi There,

    I'am trying to connect to a windows 2003 server over the internet with Acronis*True*Image Management*Console.

    All ports are open for my connection (firewall). File & Printersharing is enabled in Networkconnectio tab.

    When i click "Install Acronis components to a remote computer" fill in all details it come back with the message: The Network path \\IPnumber\admin$ was not found.

    Should I something more ?

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    First of all please check if you have the "admin$" share enabled. You can check it here: Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Computer Management -> Shared Folders -> Shares. Please also check if you can use the UNC path (i.e. \\ip_address_of_server\share) to connect to your Windows 2003 server. If you have questions regarding this please read the documentation of the Windows 2003 Server OS to find out how to enable this option (UNC paths).
