    Helloow,

i discovered a conflict between True Image 9.0.0.2247 and
    Nero 7.0.1.4
The problem is after installing Nero 7.0.1.4, that Acronis keeps crashing
at the moment you select the place where you want to store your image.

After a little searching, i found the cause to this problem and it is
the NeroScout icon in "My Computer".
Even with NeroScout diabled, this icon stay's in "My Computer"

The solution to this problem is to remove the NeroScout icon from "My Computer" with this registryfix i have made :
    http://users.pandora.be/DeLorean/Downloads/NeroScout_fix.reg

If you want the icon back, use this registryfix :
    http://users.pandora.be/DeLorean/Downloads/NeroScout_fix_reset.reg

Hope that is can be helpfull to people with the same problem.

    Greetz.

    Hello DeLorean,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

As BURNER27 said, we recommend you to download and install the latest build (2337) of Acronis True Image 9.0 which is available in the Product Updates section of our web-site.

Please uninstall any previously installed build by following Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Acronis True Image, prior to installing build 2337.

If the problem still persists, please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please create an account, then log in and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
