    Hi , about a year back we purchased acronis true image 7, we hardly ever used it , but now i decided we should use it to backup some of our servers ,

    we try to backup to a shared folder on a firewiredisk attached to another server , it works for one server but not for the other one, the backup also starts if i run the schedule manually , but it wont start if i let the schedule take care of it.
    what is wrong?

    Friendly Regards

    Please also do the following for any PC scheduled tasks do not execute on:

    - Run the following command in the folder the schedmgr.exe file was saved to:

    schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

    - Collect schedreport.txt;

    - Run Acronis Schedule Manager program (schedmgr.exe) once more;

    - Issue the following command:

    set logflags support

    - Schedule backup creation once again;

    - Wait until the scheduled backup will fail;

    - Collect the log file schedul2.log that is placed in the \Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2 folder.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
