Acronis true image 7.0 hanging on hourglass

    We just installed Acronis True Image 7.0 on one of our old PC running Windows 95. While the installation went fine and completed normally we had to reboot to compelte the installlation. After the PC booted, Windows 95 came back up, the desktop and icons showed, but all we get is a cursor with an hourglass and cannot do nothing. If we boot to safe mode we also get a cursor with an hourglass. This is an important PC as it prints the checks for our company and we cannot use it right now. I can boot off of diskette and get to the C drive but cannot tell what's giving us the hourglass. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We regret to inform you that we do not support Acronis True Image 7.0 because this version is very old. You may need to try reinstallation of Acronis True Image to solve the problem.
