Acronis True Image 2009 inactive and so too is Acronis Support!

    After using Norton Ghost for years i thought i'd give Acronis a try.

    It's shockingly bad!

    1. Tasks, scheduled and unscheduled become inactive. (re-installation required)

    2. Bootable rescue media fails at the same point everytime.

    So basically, you can't backup and you can't recover!

    And if that isn't bad enough, your emails to Acronis support get ignored!!

    Do you have the latest build 9615?

    What hardware do you have:
    - HDDs (SATA, IDE, eSATA, etc,...)
    - Chipset of the motherboard
