Acronis True Image 11 - Asus P5Q ich10r - Marvell/SIL57xx

Hello,

My old motherboard just died and I just bought a new one, an Asus P5Q. When I attempt to use the Acronis True Image boot disk it does not detect any drives. I have two drives in RAID 0 connected to the ich10r SATA ports and two drives connected to the Marvell/SIL57xx controller in RAID 1.

Is there any way to get True Image 11 to recognize these devices? Or is there a new version that already recognizes these?

I also noticed that Atheros NIC is not recognized as well.

I usually research these thing more thoroughly but I was in a pinch and this motherboard was available.

You can try the demo version of Acronis True Image Home 2009 and make sure that it recognizes this new hardware.

Since you already have an older version you can purchase an upgrade license that will cost you less from our on-line store.

Also you can contact Acronis support and send us the serial number in question and the issue description. We'll provide you with an ISO image of the Acronis Bootable Media based on an alternative Linux kernel that has updated device drivers.
