Acronis Snap Deploy freezes on template creation

    I can create images and check them just fine. When I go to create a template it freezes up when I click on the image and select next. It freezes forever...I have to "end task" to get out of it. Anyone else have this issue? I have a ticket in with support, but no help so far.
