Acronis Recovery for Exchange: Error 9633798

    It seems i cannot access the Exchange server to back it up.

    I am running the console from the mailbox server itself. My MB server is a cluster. I installed the MAPI/CDO but i still get this error when doing a Backup Now.

    What am i missing?

    I am having the same problem. My configuration is pretty simple...I have a server running Exchange 2007 Enterprise and a second server as a backup server. I installed Recovery for Exchange console on the backup server and pushed the agent to the Exchange server.

    There is a bug that you cannot run the job under the administrator account. Create an equivalent of the administrator and run it under that account...

    I have the same problem on a cluster Exchange server 2003. I try with different administator account but i have the same problem.

    A idea?
