Acronis Privacy Expert Suite9 Build 1429 Problems

    I would appreciate that the relevant persons /departments to address the problems I had been facing , the below is the attachment of e-mail communications with the support department / Customer Service Department?
    Since HJan9'06 till today the problems were still not solved!
    Appreciate urgent response asap from the relevant department.
    P.S. F.Y.I. Now I am using the Ashampoo AntiSpyWare beta to protect my PC from spywares.
