Last night I installed the OSS portion of DD10.
    I am running Win 2k SP4 with 2 WD SATA2 200Gb Drives as a Mirror RAID.
After I installed teh OS the RAID became degraded.
I uninstalled teh OSS portion of DD10 but my RAID is still degraded.

Please help... I need to get my system working again.

    Hello selkov,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Partition and Disk Managing Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Please create the screen shots of your BIOS setting which relate to RAID configuration using a digital camera, if it is possible.

Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.

Sorry but I am not in a position to do this......
I can take a picture of the boot & bios screens with a digital camera but since I can not get into my CPU I have no way of sending them to you.

Also I can not run the diagnostic as requested for the same reason.
These emails are sent to you via a puplic CPU (library).

Can you help me to undo the installation & re-enter my cpu?

    New issue.....
Could not wait, Ineeded infor from my computer.
added a large drive & loaded windows to it. Copied off all my data and then reinstalled the OS on the original drives.

I am running 2 wd 200 gb SATA2 drives in a mirrored array.
I loaded TI 9 and the trial version of DD 10.
I activated teh OSS (with much fear) but it worked this time, YEA!

However, I made a two more partitons (one at a tme) and used TI to back an img (stored on one of teh new partitions) & then recovered it to the 3rd partition.

Here is my problem..I can see the new OS in the OS selector program via the OS Detection wizard & set it as a boot drive. When I reboot the new OS is NOT available. Going back to the OS detection wizaerd finds it again in the original non boot stage as before.

How can I get this partiton to work?

Also an observation, when I added the secon partiton (d) my explorer showe me two new partitions )d) & (e). Irebooted & checked again and found only the (d) partition. I then went to make the third partiton and again explorer showed me 2 new ones (e) & (f). checked this time in both DD & TI and they too showed 2 new partitions. After reboot all the programs showed only one new one.

    o_Oo_Oo_O?
