Acronis-Loader do not load...

    I am using Acronis True Image 8.0 (German). It works very well on my computers. But on an new notebook it didn't work as well.

    After creating an image on disk, hd or secure-zone it won't recreate it. It doesn't matter what way i use. It comes a Post that the Acronis-Loader will be loading... - but it breaks up and ends with a black-screen... I do not found a way to recreate a image.

    I am using XP, Service Pack2. The notebook has an internal graphic-solution by intels sonoma technology. The HD is subdivided in two partitions - C for the system i will restore; D where the image is stored.

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/my/products/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

    If the problem persists please try to uninstall Acronis True Image and install the altest build from scratch.

    In case this doesn't help please create screenshots of your actions in wizard and of the error you get and send these screenshots to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.
